Welcome to the official submission guide for our journal. To ensure a professional and efficient peer-review process, all authors are required to format their manuscripts according to the following standards.

File Format: All manuscripts must be submitted as Microsoft Word documents (.docx).
Originality: Submissions must represent original research not previously published or under consideration elsewhere.
Language: The journal accepts manuscripts written in high-quality academic English.
To maintain a consistent visual identity across all published papers, please apply the following settings:
Font Type: Times New Roman (Standard for all sections).
Manuscript Title: 16 pt, Bold, Centered, Title Case.
Author Names: 14 pt, Bold, Centered.
Affiliations & Emails: 10 pt, Regular, Centered.
Main Headings: 12 pt, Bold, Left-aligned (e.g., 1. Introduction).
Body Text: 12 pt, Regular, Fully Justified.
Line Spacing: 1.15 or Single spacing.
Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides.
Authors should organize their papers into the following clearly defined sections:
Title Page: Must include the full title, all author names, institutional affiliations, and the email of the Corresponding Author.
Abstract: A single, concise paragraph (200–250 words) summarizing the problem, methodology, key findings, and implications.
Keywords: 4 to 6 specific terms for indexing purposes.
Introduction: Background, research problem, and study objectives.
Literature Review: Theoretical framework and analysis of related prior work.
Methodology: Detailed description of research design, sample, and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS).
Results and Discussion: Empirical findings supported by data and compared with existing literature.
Conclusion and Recommendations: Final synthesis and practical/theoretical suggestions.
Placement: Tables and Figures should be embedded in the text near their first mention.
Captions:
Tables: Title placed above the table (e.g., Table 1: Descriptive Statistics).
Figures: Title placed below the figure (e.g., Figure 1: Research Model).
Source: Always cite the source (e.g., Source: Prepared by the authors based on SPSS results) below the object.
The journal upholds the highest standards of academic integrity.
Screening: All submitted manuscripts are strictly screened using Turnitin software.
Acceptance Threshold: The maximum allowable similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit or showing significant verbatim copying from a single source will be rejected immediately.
Ethics: Self-plagiarism and redundant publication are strictly prohibited.
The journal strictly adheres to the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition style.
In-text Citations: (Author, Year) format.
Reference List: Alphabetical order at the end of the document. Ensure every in-text citation has a corresponding entry in the list.
