Abstract
The research aim to design a computer model to analyze the cost of quality, reveals a positive relationship between the reduction in costs, and improve quality, the model based on the relationship between the three categories of quality costs (current costs overall quality, future costs overall quality, and unforeseen costs of quality), a model achieve target results through positive difference between (current and future costs at one side), and future and existing cost of improvement at other side), pointing out that the reduction in the total cost of quality is greater than the increase in total costs for improvement, the model also downloaded and dissolved computerized .
