Abstract

The research Tries to find discuss the state of confusion and lack of clear vision of the Iraqi trade policy after 2003, which was based on the export of oil and imports of consumer nature often, resulting in a turnover in the case of a vicious circle. The search sees the need to pursue a policy of carrying some kind of protection through the activation of a policy of balanced tariff lead to a reduction of random imports on the one hand, on the other hand not to prejudice the purchasing power of the Iraqi consumers in addition to the support of local economic sectors for which we have by some kind of competitive advantage for Using method (subsidy) to be able to find a case of export of goods these sectors and thus balanced trade policy that will support the Iraqi economy.
