Abstract

The research aims to uncover the role of empowering workers through (share information, freedom and Autonomy, work teams self-managed) in a sustainable competitive advantage through (quality, Core Competences, responding to customer). The research problem identified in several questions focused on the nature of the correlation and influence between the variables of research, and for that a scheme supposedly to search expresses two hypotheses President, and in order to ensure the validity of the assumptions undergone all of the multiple tests. The research approach has adopted a descriptive analysis, and has used questionnaire and a way to get the data, a random sample has been elected of teaching three community colleges in the province of Najaf as a sample to assess the empowerment of workers and sustainable competitive advantage, and their number was (123) people, who represent 77% of the community. The data were analyzed using a variety of statistical methods (factor analysis, correlation coefficient Kendall simple and multi-slope), and extract the results using the computer program (SPSS V. 10 pct). The search reached a set of conclusions, including:
Lack of faculty access to the information they need in case of emergency without asking for help, as well as poor communication within the community colleges in all directions, resulting in little impact in the college's ability to provide consistently high-quality students and lack of superiority over competitors.
