Abstract
This study aimed to identify and apply the reality of administrative leadership performance and their tacit knowledge through the dimensions of the independent variable, tacit knowledge (experience, skill, and thinking ability), and the dependent variable, administrative leadership with its dimensions (democratic leadership, autocratic leadership, and transformational leadership), in research centers affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The study was grounded in a research problem articulated through a set of intellectual and applied questions related to the variables under investigation. The study was conducted on a group of faculty members and employees at the Psychological Research Center. The study population consisted of (84) faculty members and employees, while the study sample comprised (51) respondents selected from the center.
The researchers adopted a descriptive–analytical approach to analyze the data by designing a questionnaire to collect the required information. Statistical analysis was performed on the scale items to ensure that the measurement instrument met the necessary psychometric properties, namely validity and reliability. The Likert scale method was employed in constructing the questionnaire. Afterward, the final version of the instrument was administered to the study sample, and the results were obtained and discussed using scientific methods in order to achieve the research objectives.
