Abstract
Congenital anomalies have become a widespread phenomenon in our time due to the presence of many reasons that have been clarified according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD10), and the study of these causes in the form of data classified in tables of compatibility is extremely important to know the most important effects, so we used in our research this model Negative binomial regression and its transformation into a logarithmic model. The model parameters were estimated by the Greater Possible Method (MLE) and (5) models were extracted according to the type of interactions between the variables. A diagnosis was made of the most important effects on distortions and it was found that the interaction between urban housing and the presence of a degree of proximity in addition The The primary variables have a significant effect on subsequent deformed births.
