Abstract
Banking merger is one of the outcomes of globalization, and it is one of the new global banking variables whose influence increased, especially during the second half of the nineties, with the increasing trend towards the globalization of banks as part of the system of economic globalization. It has become a global phenomenon at the present time, due to reasons of global competition, and in light of changes In light of globalization, the success of banking operations depends directly on its success in managing banking risks and choosing a business strategy that reduces threats and challenges, whether internal or external, as crisis management means how to deal with and overcome them with various scientific tools, as well as avoiding their negatives.
