Abstract

This study aims at analysing the status of human resources activities in Al- Qadisiyah university , and how it implements its strategy and operation to attain employees satisfaction and first-line manager. Manager working in university is composed of ( 90) questionnaires were distributed certain selected samples .The study presents result , Moreover , the study recommends that university of Qadisaya makes it .
