Abstract

Rarely been a subject interesting, as was the role of the state, this issue has always been the object of controversy and discussion and dialogue by economists, politicians, social scientists and intellectuals all. Since I started covering the sons of one sex between the Governor and state appeared doomed, as a result stratified Reflecting on the situation of the evolutionary society, as a radical and its functions and duties in accordance with that situation, was a shift in its response to changes in the formation of social - economic, and the Chamber of intervention in economic affairs Narrowing and widening in accordance with the requirements of the work of the economic system.
This study represents a serious attempt to track the state's role in different economic systems and analysis of the possibility of marginalization and displacement of the economic role of the state in developing countries and giving greater role for the private sector and transnational corporations and the effects of all nationalities on the structures and functions of the nation-state, especially for its efforts in ensuring the welfare of its citizens. The summary revealed that different economic systems did not dispense with the state and are not expected to phase in the light of globalization.
