Abstract

The private sector in Iraq can not cause effective role in economic through advance stages .It can not achieve real economic development for several causes. Structural disequilibrium is heavy of economic for all sectors, failure of public sector in rise economic growth rate . That failure of government public sector for leadership the economic . Absence the economic in qualification economic management , it solve of these problems is conversion the public firms to private sector . Although limited activity in stages that to precede failure previous at April 2003 , but the future can give its leadership role in economic development because it have great skill contributing effective indifferent sectors in order to presentation industry local commodity as manufactory industrial . That ineluctability of Iraqi Government take important role for presentation basic services , reconstruction in order to advance the private sector competition position to remove all restriction that hinder move, private sector and increase its role in economic activity.
