Abstract
The current study try to test, the impact of knowledge management process in performance excellence institutional in the state Company for Rubber Industries in Diwaniyah, was the sample Messrs. department managers and the sub-sections managers and units managers ,the study identifies the hypothesis key that there is a significant effect of the management operations defined in the institutional performance, and data are collected through surveyor, which consists of two parts the first part for operations management knowledge and the second part is for institutional performance, has been relying on a set of statistical methods, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, test the FT and the coefficient of determination R2 to validate the hypothesis above, since the results show main hypothesis and sub- hypothesis and in the light of the results of statistical analysis a set of recommendations most notably to allow workers to social language interaction and enhance the interaction and trust among employees
