This reaserch aims to shed light on the conceptual context of investment environment ., The factors., that hare impact on it , the characters and importance of Investment environment. The research refer to related studies in this regard and information on actval human resources , industrial activities and economic indicators for Large companies in AL- qadisyia governorate such as cotton textile company and general company for rubber industries , population growth indicators, education outcomes and Real or actual health service sector has been gathered and analyzed . the relation ship between environment of investment in human resources and industry growth has been tested . the research submit some conclusions and recommendation in this regard to improve and develope of human resources and industry in Qadisiya governorate
