Abstract

The current research aims to study the relationship between organizational identification and organizational commitment in a sample of individuals of law and administration and economic colleges/ Baghdad University. This sample included 78 individual and questionnaire is used as key tool for collecting the information. The present research included two main hypotheses. These hypotheses are considered with testing the relationship between research's variables. The first hypothesis tests correlation relationship, and the second tests effect relationship. Appropriate statistical tools have used to investigate from the hypotheses. The research has reached to set of findings predicate to validity of research's hypotheses. Based on these findings, number of recommendations was formulated
