Abstract
The research aiming to acknowledge on the effectiveness impact time management on the performance based on hypothesis of available an impact relation for the variable the time management on governmental trade banks , by view point of managers , whereas it has been distributed ( 50) employees working in governmental trade banks in Diwaniayh governorate , and collected the forms , by using some statistics means as arithmetic criteria , and criteria curve , connection factor , and curve , it has been verify correction of this hypothesis which the research based on , it has been given group of recommendations which possible benefit the banks relation .
